Shipping
Standard delivery for all UK bound items are dispatched within 48 hours and are sent via Hermes (aims to take 3 to 5 days for delivery).
Please be aware that if you elect to have the courier leave your parcel in a “safe place”, Natural Yogi Ltd. are not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of your item.
Please ensure you notify us of any issues with your delivery within 14 days of your order.
If you are outside the UK…
We are not currently shipping outside the UK but we hope to do so very soon. If you are currently based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please get in touch via contact@naturalyogi.co.uk to discuss shipping options.
Returns & Refunds
Whilst we are sure you will be thrilled with your purchase we accept that mishaps (and mis orders) happen occasionally.
Please get in touch right away via contact@naturalyogi.co.uk if you have any questions or queries about your order.
If you wish to exchange or return your purchase for a refund, we are happy to do this within 14 days of your receipt of the purchase. Please fill in the returns form (link below). We are unable to refund returns that arrive without prior completion of this form.
Please note we can only exchange or refund items that have not been used and are in their original undamaged packaging.
If we receive an item which is damaged, there will be a charge taken from your refund of which you will be informed. Returns are at your own cost unless the product you receive is faulty.
Please note returns do not affect your statutory rights.
